Essential Job Functions:

• Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient code by following established software engineering practices, including code reviews, unit testing, and proper documentation.
• Implement software features that are easy to use and adaptable to customer needs.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of products/tools under guidance from senior engineers.
• Work closely with product owners and senior engineers to understand requirements, and take ownership of assigned tasks from implementation through testing and delivery.
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies to support team objectives.
• Explore and learn new technologies and tools relevant to your work, sharing learnings with the team.
• Effectively manage priorities in a fast-changing environment.
• Collaborate openly with team members to ensure smooth delivery of features and products.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• 2-5 years of experience with Java or a similar object-oriented language.
• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design, with strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization.
• Ability to adapt quickly to evolving requirements and priorities.
• A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Exposure to the client's platform, AWS/Azure/GCP, or container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Experience with at least one modern UI framework such as Angular, React, or Vue is a plus.
