Flexsin Technologies is a leading software development company providing innovative solutions to clients across various sectors. We are looking for an experienced Zoho Developer to develop, customize, and support Zoho applications, specifically Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, and other Zoho suite products. As a Zoho Developer, you will play a key role in integrating, automating, and optimizing processes for our business and clients.

Responsibilities:

Customization & Configuration

:

+ Customize Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, and other Zoho products as per business requirements.
+ Implement custom workflows, automation, triggers, and actions within Zoho applications.
+ Design and implement Zoho integrations with third-party systems, APIs, and tools.

Zoho Development

:

+ Develop custom Zoho Creator applications and Zoho CRM modules.
+ Write custom functions using Zoho Deluge scripting language.
+ Implement and manage Zoho Reports and Analytics for reporting needs.

Automation & Process Optimization

:

+ Automate business workflows using Zoho Flow and other Zoho automation tools.
+ Analyze business processes and optimize them using Zoho platforms.

Integration & API

:

+ Integrate Zoho with other third-party applications and services using APIs and webhooks.
+ Ensure seamless data flow across Zoho apps and external platforms.

Support & Maintenance

:

+ Provide support for Zoho platform issues and troubleshoot any technical problems.
+ Perform regular updates, bug fixes, and enhancements.

Collaboration

:

+ Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
+ Provide technical assistance and training to internal teams or clients as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience

:

+ Proven experience as a Zoho Developer, with a strong understanding of Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, and related products.
+ Experience with Zoho Deluge scripting, API integrations, and workflow automation.
+ Familiarity with Zoho Analytics for creating detailed reports and dashboards.

Technical Skills

:

+ Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
+ Experience with Zoho CRM's API and integrations.
+ Working knowledge of relational databases (SQL) and web development frameworks.
+ Knowledge of Zoho Flow for automation.

Soft Skills

:

+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
+ Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams.
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Education

:

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in Zoho CRM or Zoho Creator is a plus. Experience with other Zoho suite products (Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, etc.) * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
