Role Summary

Workday Integration Expert

with 3-5 years of experience who brings strong expertise in

Workday Studio

,

Core Connectors

,

Payroll and Benefits Connectors

, and

Web Services (SOAP/REST)

. This role demands a strong analytical mindset, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the

flexibility to learn and adopt new, non-Workday technologies

as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain complex integrations using

Workday Studio

,

EIB

,

Connectors (Payroll, Benefits)

, and

Web Services

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and IT to understand integration needs and translate them into scalable solutions. Drive the integration lifecycle: from requirement gathering through design, development, testing, and deployment. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with a focus on long-term stability. Ensure Workday integrations are compliant with data privacy and security standards. Partner with stakeholders across regions and time zones to ensure alignment with business goals and transformation roadmaps. Demonstrate an

open and proactive attitude toward learning new non-Workday technologies

(e.g., cloud platforms, middleware tools, API frameworks). Contribute to the broader

HR technology roadmap

by identifying integration opportunities and supporting digital innovation.

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of hands-on Workday integration experience

with a strong command of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Payroll/Benefits Connectors, and Web Services. Strong understanding of the Workday HCM data model, business processes, and security. Excellent

analytical skills

with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues. Strong

stakeholder management

skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. A

growth mindset

and willingness to step beyond Workday to support Maersk's digital goals. Experience in global organizations and comfort working in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
