Senior Software Engineer

Your mission at Irdeto:

Working closely with the Product team you will gain a strong understanding of our customer's needs and get involved in the design, development and implementation of improvements of Irdeto's middleware product. You will work with other colleagues on these technical challenges and interface daily with some of our technical teams abroad to ensure product quality. You will also be expected to follow the scrum process, perform code reviews and document source code.

How you can add value to the team?

You have successfully obtained a Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or a related field. 5+ year of solid hands-on experience in Java and Java Script programing and fundamentals. Hands-on experience in Java Script is must. Hands-on experience in SolidJS, React, Angular are desirable. Knowledge and Hand on experience in Lightning JS 2.x/3.x is Plus Knowledge of Design Patterns, UML. Strong Knowledge of OOPS Concepts. Strong Understanding of Multithreading. Good in Data Structure. Debugging methods like analysis of heap, thread dump, GC etc is a plus. Good to have the knowledge of DVB/STB Domain. Good to have the knowledge of RDK. Good to have the knowledge of OTT Frontend development. Good to have the knowledge of OTT Backend, Player and SDK Tools for Data Analytics.. You are passionate about designing and developing complex software applications. Good knowledge in development processes and continuous integration (Git, GilLab, Jenkins, JIRA ...) Some experience with Digital TV (DVB standard), OTT streaming, or Android TV technologies or RDK Knowledge is desirable but not essential. Proficiency in technologies like DSMCC, SQLite or similar technologies is a plus You have proficient verbal and written English skills. You thrive working in an international, fast-paced technology-driven environment.
