Exp. : 2 - 5 Years Notice Period : Immediate - 15 Days Level : Software Engineer/Sr. Software Engineer (Band: B) Basic Qualification : B.Tech/BE (Computer Science/IT/Mechanical) or BCA/MCA or B.Sc Primary Skillset : UX Designer 2 or more years of web or mobile UX design experience, including responsive design principles. 2 or more years of working in an Agile environment Proficiency with at least two design and rapid-prototyping tools, such as: Figma, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Balsamiq, InVision, or Axure Experience thinking in terms of holistic design, applying strategic thinking and business goals to design work, focus on usability, and understand aesthetic values Experience translating customer needs into design and to articulate that design to technical team members Experience transitioning easily between multiple topics and aesthetics Effective communication and presentation skills Skills & Experience Figma, Sketch Design, User Experience (UX) Design, User Experience (UX) Testing, User Interface (UI) Design, User Interface Programming Cyient is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
