About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and self-starter who takes pride in contributing to the success of both individual and team goals and skilled Software Engineer with expertise in Core Java, containerization technologies like Docker, orchestration tools such as Kubernetes, microservices architecture, and data analysis. As part of our dynamic engineering team, you will work on developing and deploying scalable microservices, optimizing workflows, and leveraging data insights to drive impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development & Maintenance

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure software solutions using Core Java. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to best practices.

Microservices Architecture

Build, deploy, and manage microservices-based applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement APIs and integration strategies.

Containerization & Orchestration

Develop and maintain containerized applications using Docker. Deploy and manage applications in a Kubernetes environment, ensuring scalability and reliability.

Data Analysis

Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate data solutions into business processes.

Performance Optimization

Optimize codebase and workflows for improved application performance. Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues in production.

Team Collaboration & Agile Practices

Work closely with product managers, architects, and QA teams to deliver features. Participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise:

+ Proficiency in Core Java and object-oriented programming concepts. + Good experience with Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for orchestration.
+ Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
+ Basic to intermediate understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
+ Familiarity with tools like Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

Data Analysis:

+ Understanding of data processing workflows and data visualization tools. + Experience with basic data analysis techniques and libraries (e.g., Python Pandas, Excel).

Other Skills:

+ Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus. + Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
+ Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
+ Take ownership of tasks and challenges, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications in Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD) or cloud platforms. Experience with logging and monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack. Exposure to big data technologies such as Spark, Kafka, or Hadoop is a plus
