Description & Requirements
Software Engineer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing key components of our Analytics product as well as the tools supporting the product.


Essential Duties:


Build new or update existing reports and dashboard addressing issues and implementing improvements as needed.


Support and maintain existing models and content - ensure stability, accuracy and ongoing enhancement of existing models and content within the Analytics product.


Create new or update existing data models to support business requirements.


Basic Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.


1-3 years of experience in Data Visualization, Report Development, Dashboard Development


Strong experience with SQL, database management


Familiarity with data warehouse design and ETL processes


Knowledge of version control systems (e.g. Git)


Experience with programming languages such as Python


Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues


Experience assisting customers with software upgrades


Ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environment


Strong verbal and written communication skills for documentation and customer interactions


Preferred Qualifications:


Prior Experience in Birst a plus.


Knowledge of ERP Software


Domain knowledge of Workforce Management
