Description & Requirements
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our development team in Hyderabad. The role focuses on enhancing, maintaining, and scaling our Workforce Management (WFM) system. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building enterprise-grade web applications, strong backend development expertise, and a solid understanding of relational databases.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable, cloud-based, multi-tier distributed web applications.
Enhance and support the existing Workforce Management system with new features and optimizations.
Build and integrate REST APIs for cross-platform interactions.
Work across the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.
Debug, analyze, and optimize code for efficiency and maintainability.
Work with relational databases (Postgres, Oracle) to design, query, and optimize data models.
Required Qualifications
Education: BE/ B.Tech. /ME/MSc/MCA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on software development experience.
Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Experience in enterprise application development.
Technical Skills
Backend: Java, Spring Framework
Frontend: HTML, Angular (or similar frameworks)
APIs: RESTful Web Services
Databases: PostgreSQL, Oracle
Other: Familiarity with cloud environments is a plus.
