Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Spring Boot and Microservices to meet business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and test software applications. - Ensure the scalability and performance of applications by optimizing code and architecture. - Troubleshoot and resolve software defects to maintain system reliability and performance.



Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster their growth. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes and methodologies. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements. - Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure the quality and stability of software releases. - Document software designs technical specifications and user guides for future reference. - Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment processes and improve system uptime. Engage in regular team meetings to discuss project progress and address any challenges. -Qualifications - Possess strong proficiency in Spring Boot Microservices and Core Java. - Demonstrate experience in developing scalable and high-performance applications. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Have a solid understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. - Display strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams. - Experience with automated testing frameworks is a plus.
