Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Software Engineer

to lead and drive the technical development of our products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET, AWS, and building scalable, secure, and efficient systems. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our technology aligns with business goals and delivers exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of web and mobile applications using .NET. Design and implement cloud-based solutions on AWS to support scalable and secure applications. Architect, code, and troubleshoot complex software systems to ensure high performance and reliability. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to uphold code quality and best practices. Optimize system performance and ensure security compliance at all layers of the application. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation. Document technical designs, architecture, and processes for internal use and team collaboration.

Qualifications

Technical Skills

Proven experience (5+ years) in software development using

.NET

(C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core). Strong knowledge of

AWS

services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, and CloudFormation. Experience with frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks like Angular/React is a plus). Proficiency in designing RESTful APIs and working with relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases. Solid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (e.g., Docker). Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Leadership experience or willingness to mentor and guide junior engineers.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in transportation, logistics, or SaaS-based product development. Certifications in AWS or .NET-related domains. Knowledge of microservices architecture and serverless computing.
