Role Overview:

EA's Quality Verification team is looking for a Software Engineer to join the automation team. You will be part of quality verification team that aims to provide automation scripts of game features. You will receive requirements from QA, write automation scripts, participate in code review, and provide the scripts back to QA.

Key Responsibility:

  • You will develop automation solutions and QA tools based on projects and management needs: including development of automated test framework, test scripts for web-based services and games.
  • You will work with QA, developers, and product managers to improve automated tests coverage.
  • You will evaluate and adopt technologies which improve QV team efficiency and platform capability.
  • You will report to the Development Director.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of working experience in Automation and Performance Test for web-based services.
  • 2-3 years of Experience with open-source automation frameworks like Selenium, Appium, or webdriver.IO.
  • 2-3 years Experience with programming or scripting language(e.g Java, JavaScript),
  • Familiar with Python scripting &API testing framework (e.g. RestAssured),
  • Familiar with at least one open-source performance test tool (e.g.Jmeter)
