Key Responsibilities

Work on

in-house / client-side software development projects

Mentor and guide 3rd & 4th year engineering students

during lab sessions Explain technical concepts clearly and support students with coding and projects Assist students with debugging, problem-solving, and implementation Maintain discipline and a productive learning environment in labs Coordinate with the reporting manager/practice head Continuously upgrade technical skills as per project and training needs

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria (Non-Negotiable)

Education

MCA / B.Tech / BE / M.Tech

(CS / IT or related streams)

BCA candidates will NOT be considered

Experience

Candidate must meet

ANY ONE

condition:

2+ years of software development experience

(any technology),

OR

1+ year of strong Java development experience

Freshers, students, or internship-only experience will not be considered.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in

at least one programming language

: Java (preferred) C# / Python / JavaScript / Go / C++ Good knowledge of

RDBMS

(MySQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle, etc.) Understanding of

Web Application Architecture

Basic experience with REST APIs and frameworks

Fully Onsite only

Work Locations:

Chandigarh / Mathura (University campuses)

Working Days:

6 days a week

Working Hours:

As per lab schedules (generally 9 AM - 6 PM)

Compensation & Joining

CTC Range:

?4 LPA - ?5.5 LPA

Notice Period:

? 30 days (Immediate joiners preferred) Must own a

personal laptop
