About the role-
Primarily focused on:·

• Hands-on testing of APIs, Mobile devices, Smart TVs or Embedded products in the consumer electronics space (connected devices like Chromecast, fire TV etc.)
• Cross-browser platform testing.
• Writing test script in Python for the manually tested module and perform maintenance of scripts
• Hands-on working with network proxy tools such as Charles, Fiddler, Web Developer tools. Should have knowledge of reading/modifying network requests.·
• Quickplay staff reports into offices leveraging safety protocols aligned with local public health guidelines as they relate to COVID-19.

About you-

• 2-4 years of testing experience in OTT/Media domain.
• Experience in Audio / Video testing.
• Experience in cross-browser platform testing.
• Hand-on experience in testing of APIs / Microservices, Android TV, Mobile or Embedded products in Consumer electronics space Mobiles, Smart TV or connected devices like Chromecast, fire TV etc.
• Good knowledge of streaming protocols (DASH, HLS) and testing Live, VOD, and DVR streaming
• Good debugging skills and should be able to root cause issues
• Hands-on with network proxy tools such as Charles, Fiddler, and Web Developer tools. Should have knowledge of reading/modifying network requests.
• Writing test script in Python and maintain the same
• Good knowledge of CI/CD tools & process is a plus Education: Degree with Computer Science background / Equivalent experience.
