Contribute to building high-quality software under the guidance of senior team members. Engage in hands-on coding activities using various programming languages and technology stacks, following best practices and a culture of excellence in software development. Work collaboratively with other team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team. [Position] Software Engineer, Team Lead [TA TALK] Engineers, who have had successful careers in big tech companies in Silicon Valley, have joined Yanolja and are currently working on developing various services. They aim to equip the business with appropriate technology based on their global service know-how, and to make a synergy between Yanolja and Yanolja Cloud Solution, based in India. This position allows you to implement the technical roadmap that you have envisioned, utilizing flexible decision-making processes within a horizontal and open organizational environment. [Qualifications] Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience. Excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot and resolve software defects and technical issues quickly. Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Go, JavaScript, C++, C#, or Java. Proficiency in English communication. 8+ years of professional software development experience. Experience with developing and deploying software in a cloud environment. [Preferred Qualifications] Versatility and adaptability with various technology stacks. Proficiency in various programming languages, environments, and platform development. Experience working in a global or multi-cultural environment. Comprehensive understanding of the full software development life cycle, including development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Proven capability to work on and improve an existing codebase as well as to start projects from scratch. Experience with a work style characterized by frequent iterations and incremental development. Experience with distributed processing systems and micro-services architecture. *The work location for this job is in Surat, Gujarat or Pune, Maharashtra and the work type is on-site. Resident in Surat or Pune who is available to start immediately will be preferred.
