Required Skills, Experience & Qualities


  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven experience as a Talkdesk Developer/Administrator or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with the Talkdesk platform.

  • Strong knowledge of Talkdesk architecture, configuration options, and API capabilities.

  • Proficient in Talkdesk development tools, including Studio, Live Studio, and Talkdesk APIs.

  • Experience with Talkdesk integration frameworks, such as Zendesk, Salesforce or other CRM and ticketing systems.

  • Solid understanding of call center operations, including call routing, IVR design, and telephony protocols.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based contact center solutions and related technologies.

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

  • Talkdesk Certifications (preferred):

  • Talkdesk Certified Developer

  • Talkdesk Certified Administrator


Role Description & Responsibilities


  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions within the Talkdesk platform.

  • Design and implement customizations, configurations, and integrations in Talkdesk to meet business needs.

  • Develop and maintain Talkdesk workflows, automations, IVR systems, and call routing strategies.

  • Expertise working with and integrating to Talkdesk Agent Workspace for conversations, activities, voicemails, chats and contacts.

  • Manage Talkdesk user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings.

  • Perform Talkdesk system administration tasks, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving platform-related issues.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of Talkdesk with other systems and applications.

  • Stay current with Talkdesk platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.
