We are seeking an accomplished Senior UI/UX Engineer with over 7.5 years of experience, including significant expertise in both frontend and backend development. In this key role, you will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of end-to-end user experiences for our digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior members, and drive innovation across the full technology stack.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of complex, high-impact projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, designers, and engineers to align user experience with business objectives.
Architect, develop, and maintain responsive, accessible, and performant front-end interfaces using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
Design and develop robust backend services and APIs using technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.
Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components.
Establish and maintain scalable design systems, coding standards, and best practices.
Conduct and analyze user research, usability testing, and data-driven evaluations to inform design and technical decisions.
Mentor junior team members and share expertise across the organization.
Stay current with UI/UX and backend trends, emerging technologies, and advocate for continuous improvement.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, HCI, or a related field.
• 11+ years of experience in UI/UX engineering and full-stack development, preferably in consulting or enterprise environments.
• Proven expertise in both frontend (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue.js) and backend (Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, or equivalent) development.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with backend systems.
• Advanced proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision).
• Deep understanding of user-centered design, accessibility (WCAG), and usability best practices.
• Extensive experience developing and maintaining scalable design systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring and leading cross-functional teams.
• Portfolio demonstrating advanced UI/UX projects and full-stack solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Agile, Lean UX, or DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with motion design or micro-interactions.
• Previous experience working with global or distributed teams.
