Job Title: Senior Software Engineer - Java & Python

Role Overview


We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in Java and Python to lead the design, development, and optimization of high-quality, scalable applications. He will work closely with architects, product managers, and other engineers to deliver enterprise-grade solutions and mentor junior developers.


Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of complex features using Java and Python(Mandate) Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Guide and mentor junior and mid-level engineers. Contribute to architectural decisions and technology strategies.
Required Skills

7-10 years of professional experience in software development. Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8+) and Python. Strong grasp of OOPS, design patterns, and best practices. Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Nice to Have

Experience with RPA Exposure to data engineering or machine learning pipelines.
