Description & Requirements

Essential Duties:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable BI solutions and dashboards using industry-standard visualization tools (e.g.,

Power BI, Tableau, Qlik

). Write and optimize

complex SQL queries

to retrieve, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from various data sources. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights. Develop and maintain data models (star/snowflake schema) for reporting and analytics use cases. Work closely with data engineers and architects to ensure smooth

ETL process

es and reliable data pipelines. Participate in BI architecture and roadmap discussions to align with enterprise data strategies. Leverage emerging

AI/ML technologies

to enrich BI reporting with predictive and prescriptive analytics. Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all BI solutions

Basic Qualifications:

5 years of experience as a

BI Developer

or in a similar role. Expert-level proficiency in

SQL and performance tuning

. Strong experience in one or more BI tools:

Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker

, etc. In-depth knowledge of

data warehousing concepts

,

dimensional modelling

, and

ETL workflows

. excellent analytical thinking and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with AI-enhanced BI tools (e.g., Amazon Q, Microsoft Copilot, Tableau GPT). Knowledge of data governance and compliance best practices. Experience mentoring junior developers.
