Description & Requirements
Works as a liaison between support / services and development for issues concerning partner system integration features and support issue escalations.
Provides in-depth analysis of complex support/services issues.
Works with other developers that have domain specific knowledge and coordinate the efforts by various internal organizations in providing timing solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform level 3 analysis for integration issues that are too complex for support/services to handle.
After analysis suggest plan of action to solve issue. Action could be making configuration changes, fix data or issue a jira for development to provide a fix or enhancement.
Analyze jiras assigned by triage team and suggest plan of action to solve issue.
Work with third party partners to facilitate integration solutions.
Perform guidance across development teams regarding integrations
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
5+ Years Exp .Knowledgeable in Web Service technologies, including SOAP, XML, REST and related tooling required.
Knowledge about the property management system (PMS) in general and HMS functionality specifically required.
Knowledge regarding the HMS database structure required.
Knowledge regarding the HMS data warehouse structure and functionality required.
Experience and knowledge in hospitality or similar systems and their interfaces, including industry standards such as HTNG and OTA are highly desirable.
Background in system integration, bug analysis and resolution highly desirable.
Effective communication skills and documentation skills for collaborations internally and externally, among multiple partners is highly desirable.
Project and/or partnership management experience is a plus.
