As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications that enhance user experience and deliver business value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust software solutions, taking ownership of features from planning to deployment. The role emphasizes building high-performance backend systems, designing flexible APIs, and collaborating on frontend components using modern technologies. You will also participate in code reviews, testing, and performance optimization, contributing to a culture of clean code, scalable architecture, and continuous improvement in a hybrid or remote environment.
Accountabilities:

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance backend systems using Node.js, TypeScript, and Fastify.
• Develop and maintain GraphQL APIs and ensure seamless client interactions.
• Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and caching tools like Redis to optimize data access and storage.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality, feature-rich applications.
• Take ownership of full-stack features, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Contribute to frontend development with React and maintain clean, well-documented code.
• Utilize CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools to ensure continuous integration and delivery.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience with Fastify or comparable Node.js frameworks (Express, NestJS).
• Expertise in designing and implementing GraphQL APIs.
• Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and caching tools like Redis.
• Familiarity with REST, JWT/Auth mechanisms, and secure coding practices.
• Experience with frontend frameworks, preferably React.
• Knowledge of unit and integration testing, CI/CD pipelines, and clean code principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
