Roles & Responsibilities

1. Build AI Landing Page (Phase 1 Product Interface)

Design and develop a responsive landing page (Webflow, Next.js, Framer, or custom stack) Integrate conversational elements (chatbot, AI assistants, embedded forms) Optimize for performance, SEO, and conversions Collaborate with content team to create modular sections (hero, testimonials, offerings, CTAs)
2. Questionnaire Development & Logic Layer

Develop web-based, interactive sleep questionnaires (e.g., ISI, ESS, STOP-BANG) Implement dynamic logic-based flows (risk stratification, scoring, branching questions) Enable form-to-database or form-to-API workflows for assessment results Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and ease of use
3. Backend & API Integration

Set up and manage integrations for:
o CRM (e.g., Notion, Airtable, HubSpot)

o Email automation (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendgrid, etc.)

o Data capture, analytics, and lead scoring tools

Optional: Work on AI integration (e.g., ChatGPT API for guided assessment) Maintain clean, scalable, and secure code architecture
4. Product

Collaborate with the team on building a Sleepcare Platform Validate and give feedback on new digital tools, trackers, or interventions Share behavioural insights and qualitative user feedback for product iteration
5. Growth

Help expand the SleepAlfa clinical network (psychologists, sleep doctors, etc.) Collaborate in designing wellness offerings for corporates or special user groups Identify new intervention areas (e.g., stress & sleep, mindfulness, burnout) Support onboarding of junior coaches or future team members
Requirements

Strong experience with front-end development (React, Next.js, Vue, or Webflow/Framer) Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (TypeScript a plus) Basic backend knowledge (Node.js, Firebase, or similar) Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrations Bonus:
o Knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms (Jotform, Airtable, Zapier, Make.com)

o Experience with chatbot or AI API integrations (OpenAI, Langchain, etc.)

o Experience in healthtech or digital wellness platforms

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?5,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
