About the Role We're looking for a talented Software Engineer - III (QA) to design testing procedures and test drive our software applications. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing the functionality of applications and designing automated tests to validate their performance. You will also be required to identify bugs and collaborate with the software design team. You will be a member of a highly motivated team and will develop, enhance, and sustain innovative solutions to improve the customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Work in a scrum team of QA and software engineers to ensure the high quality of automation tests
• Execute functional, regression, unit integration, module, system testing
• Design and development of test cases and their automation, work with test documentation, analyze and estimate the testing coverage area, provide a high level of test coverage for MetaMap products
• Participate in the selection of automation tools
• Support the development team through testing phases ensuring the accurate functionality of features and products
• Improve and sustain the existing test processes

• At least 4 + years of experience as QA engineer
• Proficient in Object Oriented design
• Experience with Computer Science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis
• Familiar with writing and execution of automation tests, REST and API testing tools, and the concept of automation concept of end-to-end
• Knowledge of bug tracking systems
• Knowledge of frameworks and configurations of CI
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• You have a keen eye for detail and are self-motivated, results-oriented, and have excellent project management skills.
• Able to work effectively in a distributed team

• Experience working in a API, web sockets and webhooks
• Experience working with automation testing (Selenium), MongoDB, and load testing
• Strong knowledge of Jira
