Profile Summary:

We are looking for a passionate Fullstack Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing scalable web applications with a strong emphasis on accessibility, performance, and usability. You'll work across the stack using modern tools like Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask) and React.js, contributing to both frontend and backend development.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to define, develop, and deliver user-centric software solutions. Design and implement accessible and responsive frontend interfaces using React.js, adhering to WCAG and ARIA standards. Build robust, secure, and scalable backend services using Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI). Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to power frontend interfaces and integrations. Ensure accessibility best practices are integrated into all stages of the development process, including semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, screen reader support, and color contrast compliance. Debug and optimize applications for performance, usability, and cross-browser compatibility. Work with DevOps to automate deployment workflows and manage applications in cloud environments (AWS preferred). Participate in code reviews and continuously explore and integrate new tools and practices to improve software quality and team productivity

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role. Strong backend skills in
