Our team is undertaking an ambitious program of wholesale platform renewal & product evolution underpinned by genuine digitalization. We are looking for a talented Java engineer versed in Kotlin and React development skills who is motivated to build our next generation Post-Trade & Custody ecosystem based on services and integration in modern, programming paradigms.
Your expertise
Ideally you will be able to walk us through your professional achievements demonstrating:

• Solid programming skills in Java (EE) with experience in Kotlin (preferred)
• Knowledge of frameworks like Spring Framework
• Knowledge of virtualization and containerization
• Kubernetes and Cloud experience (preferred- MS Azure)
• Hands-on experience in React JS, Ext JS, JSON, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSP
• Hands-on experience in Ansible
• Experience in test driven development, continuous integration & deployment
• Experience in RDBMS such as MS SQL, Postgres or Oracle
• Understanding of a broad range of platforms, technologies and tools, specifically Java, UNIX/Linux, Git & JIRA
• Excellent communication skills and experience in liaising with other teams
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• A flexible, resilient team player with strong interpersonal skills taking initiative to drive things forward

The above and beyond elements of your profile highlight:

• Knowledge with Kafka including Streaming API
• Experience as engineer working in a globally distributed team
• Experience working in a fast-paced Agile environment
• Experience in Apache struts
