The Data Protection Group drives the product strategy, roadmap, and engineering delivery of the Veritas products, which includes NetBackup, APTARE, Backup Exec, Enterprise Vault (EV), EV.cloud, eDiscovery platform, and Veritas SaaS Backup.

In the Digital Compliance Group, you will have the opportunity to work directly on archiving and discovery products using the latest archiving, searching, indexing and discovery technologies. This group is devoted to helping customers solve problems related to the combination of growing data volume and types with increasing regulatory and legal demands. Responsibilities

You will be a member of a Product Engineering team delivering on the strategic roadmap of an enterprise scale product. The team imbibes Agile values and principles. You will work with cross functional teams within engineering and be responsible developing the feature requirements.

You\'ll have the opportunity to develop thorough understanding of Digital Compliance domain and influence product roadmap.

Educational Qualifications, Experience and Skillset

- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science or equivalent Engineering stream

- Experience: 2+ years of software development experience in an individual contributor role.

- Essential Skills:

• C#, .Net and SQL server programming
• Independently able to develop enterprise application software on Windows platforms.
• Automate testing and development of software modules to a high-quality standard
• Experience in working in Agile scrum teams
• Good interpersonal skills

- Good to have:

• Exposure to cloud
• Exposure to archiving/search domain
