Flex Engineering team is currently looking for motivated Software Engineer who not only "do" but also leads a change and make a difference. The team is always looking for passionate, dedicated individuals who are self-motivated in their work and careers.

What you will be doing:

• Participating in Agile development activities including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives and demos.
• Responsible for design, implementation, test, automating and maintenance of software modules to a high-quality standard, participate in peer reviews, help maintain mainline health
• Strive daily to increase code coverage
• Work in various layers of the software stack
• Work in a fast paced and challenging environment
• Communicate and collaborate among cross-functional teams in a cross-geo environment
• Lead or participate in a scrum team to continuously improve
• Contribute to documentation of new features, Deliver feature/release TOIs to cross-functional organization
• Work with Support and customer focus teams on support cases escalated to engineering.

What skills, experience and education you need as a team member to succeed:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or related field of study
• 3+ years of hands on full stack software development experience on Linux platform.
• Experience with Golang/C++, Ansible, shell scripting
• Experience working on distributed, fault tolerant, highly available systems, networking and storage systems a plus
• Knowledge of containers, virtualization technologies
