Responsible for design, develop, modify, debug and provide operational support for Kenan Billing software and BSS localization code base.

What will your job look like?

• Responsibilities fall into the following categories:
• Develop, modify, debug and maintain software code / configurations according to functional, non-functional and technical design specifications.
• Change Request Development & Deliverables for C/C++ programs.
• Handle C/C++ and Oracle PLSQL program Enhancements and defect fixes for Telecom BSS Billing system.
• Business Analysis as per requirements provided by customer.
• Follow Amdocs software engineering standards, applicable software development methodology and release processes, to ensure code is maintainable, scalable, supportable and demo the software products to stakeholders
• Investigate issues by reviewing/debugging code, provides fixes and workarounds, and reviews changes for operability to maintain existing software solutions.
• Work within a team, collaborate and add value through participation in peer code reviews, provide comments and suggestions, work with cross functional teams to achieve goals.
• Development & Automations
• Enhance existing operations with new automations
• Handle Change Requests as per customer business requirements
• Conduct requirements gathering and analysis for required modules and prepare related documentations.
• Testing :
• Conduct thorough unit testing on own configurations
• Conduct thorough unit testing on other's configurations of some complexity
• Conduct full investigation on system anomalies
• Document all unit test cases, expected results and observed results
• Support integration testing

All you need is...

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Computing or equivalent
• 2-5 years of total experience - preferably in Telecom IT.
• Mandatory to have development skills for C/C++, Oracle PLSQL and shell scripting.
• Good knowledge CICD and DevOps tools.
• Development & Business Analysis experience.
• Good to have Kenan BSS Billing platform or similar Telecom Billing platform experience
