What you'll do

Design, develop and maintain high-performance, multi-asset trading systems and supporting infrastructure Build reliable, scalable, and performant software used directly by investment professionals across the globe Partner closely with key stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions Improve system stability, scalability, and observability in a production trading environment

What's required

3 to 8 years of software engineering experience Proficiency in Java or Kotlin Experience working with real-time or event-driven systems Familiarity with Linux, networking fundamentals, and production support practices Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment Commitment to the highest ethical standards
