Software Engineer - PHP & Core Programming (C/C++, Data Structures)

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in

PHP development

along with solid programming knowledge in

C, C++

, and

data structures

. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing scalable applications and backend systems.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance software applications using

PHP

,

C

, and C++*.
Apply strong understanding of

data structures and algorithms

to build efficient and high-performing applications. Write clean, secure, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and modules. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across multiple layers. Participate in

code reviews

to ensure code quality and maintainability. Work across the

software development life cycle (SDLC)

-- from requirement analysis to testing and deployment. Stay up-to-date with modern programming practices, tools, and technologies. Suggest performance improvements and contribute to technical architecture discussions.

Requirements

B.E./B.Tech

in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Around

3 years of hands-on experience

in

PHP development

. Strong proficiency in

C

, C++

, and understanding of

object-oriented programming (OOP)concepts. Solid knowledge of

data structures

,

algorithms

, and

problem-solving

. Experience working with

MySQL

or other relational databases. Familiarity with

version control systems

like

Git

. Basic understanding of

software design patterns

and

Agile methodologies

. Excellent analytical and debugging skills. Good communication, teamwork, and time management abilities.
