We are looking for an individual who enjoys working in a technical based and team-oriented environment. You will ensure business requirements are implemented for effortless electronic data exchange between Clarivate and external clients & suppliers. The Systems Integration (SI) Software Engineer\'s key role is to work on ETL application (developed on SSIS platform) and VBA based applications. S/E will work on change requests received from internal business users from different Clarivate offices. The KRA is first time zero-defect implementation. You will be part of Systems Integration Team based out of Noida, India. The team consists of six members who report to the Manager-Systems Integration Team. About You - Experience, Education, Skills, and Accomplishments Graduation/Post Graduation preferably in Computer stream Sound working knowledge of programming/scripting languages (preferably Visual Basic). Minimum 1-year programming experience Sound working knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). Minimum 1-year experience Minimum 1-year programming experience (preferably Visual Basic) Practical exposure of MS-Access. Should have implemented 2 - 3 VBA based projects. Good Communication skills (both written and verbal) Very strong Data Analytical, data manipulation and ETL skills Minimum 2 years of experience in a Techno-Functional role (technology + business domain) Should have exposure of working in a team environment. It would be great if you also have: Knowledge of basic Project Management techniques Recognized certification in any programming language. What will you be doing in this role Create and update SSIS packages based on business requirements. Create and change complex SQL queries, functions and stored procedures. Develop & maintain internal applications using VBA programming. Handle large data files through programming. Investigate application related issues and prepare technical RCA. Create, update, and maintain technical documentation as per process requirements. Work closely with senior team members and supervisor and ensure to complete assigned tasks/tickets on time. Ensure you are meeting or exceeding all process SLAs, guidelines and goals as set by the supervisor. Improve on standard of deliverables based on feedbacks from supervisor. Attend team meetings and brainstorming sessions to support the supervisor with logical/technical inputs. Product you will be developing: This is application maintenance role. Hours of Work The Senior Analyst is a full-time position, and the working hours are 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM IST to accommodate Clarivate\' s Global presence.
