Job Description

1. Position Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Software Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern front-end/hybrid technologies--especially Next.js--along with hands-on experience in Java & React.
Requirements
2. Mandatory Skills
Next.js - Mandatory, with experience in SSR, SSG, routing, and performance optimization.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
Hands-on experience with React.js, including hooks, state management, and component-based architecture.
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive UI design, and modern styling approaches (CSS Modules, Tailwind, Styled Components, etc.).
Understanding of front-end performance optimization, SEO best practices, and page load improvements.
3. Secondary Skills/ Good to have
Basic exposure to Java and Spring Boot for understanding backend integration.
Knowledge of TypeScript.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of containerization (Docker) and micro-frontend architecture.
4. Key Responsibilities
Develop responsive, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces using Next.js, React, and JavaScript.
Collaborate with backend, design, and product teams to deliver high-quality features.
Convert UI/UX designs into functional front-end components.
Optimize web pages for maximum speed, performance, and SEO.
Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and proper documentation.
Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing front-end applications.
Stay updated on modern technologies and contribute to continuous improvement.
5. Qualification and Work Experience
Qualifications - Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Certifications- Desired
Relevant certifications in front-end technologies or related fields will be considered an added advantage.
Work Experience
2-4 years of hands-on front-end development experience.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a growth mindset.
