Wholesale Loans Technology supports Commercial Lending activities for multiple lines of businesses across JP Morgan Chase. This role is for a hands-on software engineer to work with the Wholesale Loan Technology team at JPMorgan Chase, Mumbai office. As a member of the Wholesale Loan Technology team, you will be working on the Mortgage Finance strategic application platform which encompasses multiple technical stacks.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

Skills required are:

• ASP.NET Web-Forms, Web-Services & Web-Api, C# & client-side scripting
• SSRS, VBA scripting for Excel and Outlook utilities
• Java / J2EE - working knowledge is preferred
• AWS cloud & Kubernetes experience is preferred
• SQL Server / Oracle

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

• Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent experience
• 15+ years of hands-on developer experience with the understanding of complete software development life cycle and maintenance
• Individual Contributor role with Full-stack developer and Design & Architecture experience
• Candidate should be willing to pick up new / different technical skill / software
• Experience in source code repository like GIT and other Dev Ops tools, all CI/CD tools (Jenkins), application resiliency and security
• Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
• Exposure to Micro services, Cloud technologies will be an added advantage
• Understanding of Agile methodologies with ability to work in at least one of the common frameworks
• Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
• Strong understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement

Note: This role requires candidate to work on .NET/SQL based projects & post 1 year move to Java /React based projects.
