Position Summary

• Experience in .Net, C#, Web API, SQL server, SSRS, MVC, REST, WCF & WPF
• Knowledge on Object Oriented Design and Design Patterns
• Knowledge on .Net Core, Angular and Javascript (Good to have skills)
• Supporting the customer with production issues that will involve code debugging, root cause analysis and code fixes
• Customer specific requests such as health checks, DB maintenance, weekly/monthly and yearly cleanup activities
• Service pack delivery (plan, packaging, sanity testing and deployment) that will involve Emergency issue fixes, major releases in lab and production environments.
• Working closely with customer and being on regular calls with business and IT teams (for issues)
• Should have DIRECT exposure working with International clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exposer to production environment and customer handling

Qualifications

Education

Bachelors degree in related field.

Years of experience 2 to 5 years
