Role Overview


We are seeking a highly experienced Test Architect to design, develop, and implement robust test automation strategies and frameworks for healthcare applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in automation technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and healthcare domain knowledge, ensuring compliance, reliability, and patient safety.


Key Responsibilities


Define and implement test automation architecture and frameworks from scratch for web, mobile, and embedded systems. Knowledge in Amazon Web Services for driving cloud systems. Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines. Design and maintain automation dashboards for real-time test execution and reporting. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to QA teams. Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies for test automation and performance testing. Work closely with product teams to ensure quality in medical devices and embedded systems.
Required Technical Skills


Programming: Strong expertise in Java. Automation Tools: Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, and other automation frameworks. Framework Development: Ability to design and build custom automation frameworks from scratch. CI/CD: Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Git, Docker, and pipeline automation. Automation Dashboard: Experience in building dashboards for test execution and reporting. Standards & Compliance: Familiarity with healthcare regulations and safety standards. * Strong understanding of API testing, performance testing, and security testing.
