Job Profile : Software Engineer
Job Location : Navi Mumbai
Experience Required : 4-6 yrs
:

• Responsible for maintaining and managing Citrix Applications
• Install and Update XenApp farms
• Monitoring \xe2\x80\x93 Responding to Alerts/events and performing daily health checks for NetScaler
• Citrix Administration- Creation/Modification of Policies
• Modifications to the existing applications Server based on business requirements.
• Managing Policies through NetScaler
• Managing of 2FA User Profiles Policies through Citrix NetScaler.
• Vendor Coordination (Citrix) \xe2\x80\x93 Call Logging/Monitoring/Escalation
• Necessary support for NetScaler level issue
• Preparation of MIR for Major Incidents
• Critical Application Server Load balance configuration Requirement \xe2\x80\x93 Testing/ Analysis/ Installation/ Publishing
• Gateway configuration and Testing/Analysis of business requirement
• Load Evaluators/Load Balancing Servers Policies Administration & reconfiguration
• Virtual IP configured in NetScaler for web service.
• Critical Hotfix Installation in Citrix NetScaler.
• Backup and restoration of Gateway configuration/ other NetScaler configuration.
• Administration of and performing reconfiguration based on requirements
• Planning and execution of DR Drills based on the availability of DR setup and recovery procedures

Good to have
Expertise in the Windows Server, Azure , GCP ,Netscaler Load balancers
Hyper-VKnowledge on Group Policy Management , Accops HySecure
