Key responsibilities:

Perform Development & Support activities for Salesforce domain Understand High Level Design, Application Interface Design & build Low Level Design Working directly with customer to understand the requirements and develop the Solutions Perform Development & Deployment. Should be able to Code, Unit Test & Deploy Creating necessary documentation for all project deliverable phases

Mandatory Skillset:

At least 4-7 years of hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Working knowledge with APEX Development, CPQ, SOQL 4+ years of Hands-on experience with API Development Working experience with RCA, PRM, Agentforce Exposure to Data Cloud, SF Package Installation

Good to have:

Willingness to learn all Salesforce related technologies Hands on Snowflake Integration Understanding of JIRA, DevOps for Salesforce Understanding of Repo, CI/CD
