Design and implement AI-driven modules to enhance brokerage workflows such as trade execution, client onboarding, and compliance automation. Develop, train, and deploy advanced ML models for trade prediction, anomaly detection, sentiment analysis, and real-time market behavior forecasting. Architect and maintain end-to-end data pipelines -- covering ingestion, cleaning, feature engineering, and transformation -- ensuring high accuracy and scalability. Integrate AI systems seamlessly with trading APIs and microservices, optimizing for low latency and high-frequency data environments. Utilize NLP and Generative AI technologies (OpenAI, LangChain, RAG, or LLM-based systems) to build intelligent chatbots, trade assistants, and automated report generators. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Developers,QA and Tech Lead) to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable value. Implement and maintain MLOps frameworks -- automating model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring pipelines using tools like MLflow, Docker, and Kubernetes. Continuously enhance model performance through iterative tuning, versioning, and feedback-based retraining. Monitor and audit production AI models to ensure compliance, explainability, and ethical use in financial decision-making. Document model architecture, data lineage, and API integrations to ensure full traceability and transparency across systems. Stay ahead of AI and brokerage industry trends, evaluating new tools, frameworks, and regulations to drive innovation and maintain system competitiveness.

Required Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field. 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development, preferably within Brokerage, FinTech, or Capital Market platforms. Strong command of Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Pandas. Solid understanding of brokerage domain workflows -- order management, trade execution, risk assessment, and KYC/AML processes. - This cannot be done without Exchange & SEBI approval Experience in data handling and analytics using SQL, NoSQL, and API-based data sources. Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deploying and scaling AI models. Knowledge of MLOps tools and best practices for continuous integration and delivery of AI solutions. Understanding of data privacy, model governance, and financial compliance (SEBI, RBI, etc.). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional teams. Strong communication and documentation abilities. Experience in algorithmic trading systems, market data analysis, or robo-advisory platforms. Exposure to AI agents, chatbots, or intelligent assistants for brokerage client interactions. Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. Contributions to open-source AI or FinTech projects. * Certification in AI/ML or Financial Data Analytics.
