Should be able to resolve minimum 10-15 calls per week.
Service provider will deploy competent and experienced (3-4 years) software engineer to carry out troubleshooting, debugging and minor changes, upgradation in web applications (PHP, ISP, Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL, .Net, Java etc.) at the user site.
Required hardware and software will be provided by the CLIENT.
Prepare and provide the complete documentation of carried out steps for fault identification, troubleshooting and resolution.
