Manager- Ambika Prasan Sahoo- having more than 18+ year of experience in backend product development and technical management role. He believes in empowering his team with autonomy, providing coaching, and celebrating wins together.



o

Part of dynamic platform team of 4-5 developers work with other 100+ engineers provide support and solution for UCS product from initial bring-up to advance features specific to cisco Fabric Interconnect in UCSM and Intersight software.



o

Exposer to cloud native environment using Intersight.



o

Work with cross functional teams and flexible work life balanced time.



o

Good collaboration and open culture within the team to accomplish common organization goal.



o

Good learning opportunity with online materials.



o

Make use of AI tools to speed up the development life cycle.



Your Impact



o

Contribute by solving challenging problems in UCS and having good interpersonal skills to collaborate within the team and across team.



o

Expert in debugging problems to unblock QA and customer.



o

Able to learn new technologies and product quickly.



o

Able to understand C, C++ and GO application code with different compiler options.



o

Able to work on opensource libraries and keep these up to date to reduce vulnerability.



o

Able to work in Linux environment and hands on experience in kubernates

Minimum Qualifications :

o

Bachelors + 6+ years of related experience or Masters +4yrs or PhD +4yrs of related experience.



o

Expertise in programming languages like GoLang, C/C++.



o

Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Concepts and Design.



o

Fundamentally strong in Data Structures and Algorithms.



o

Expertise in working with Dockers, Kubernetes environments.

Preferred Qualifications :

o

Expertise in Linux internals and debugging.



o

Experience on network endpoints like routers and switches is preferable.



o

Experience designing and implementing software systems with high emphasis on scalability and availability.



o

Good interpersonal skills.
