Designation: Software Engineer

Experience Level: 3-10 years

Term: Full Time,

Permanent Location : Bangalore ( Work from Office)

Skills Required:

Programming: Proficiency in Core Java programming. Framework: Basic understanding of Spring Boot for building back-end applications. Databases: Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB Middleware: Exposure to Redis and Kafka for handling caching and messaging. Containerization: Understanding of Docker for application deployment. Development Tools: Experience with IntelliJ IDEA and Bitbucket for coding and version control.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Code Development & Debugging:

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code under the guidance of senior developers. Assist in troubleshooting and debugging issues in back-end systems.

Collaborating with Teams:

Work alongside front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Collaborate with senior developers, designers, and system admins to understand and implement new features.

Testing & Optimization:

Assist in writing unit tests using frameworks like JUnit to ensure code quality. Perform basic performance optimizations to improve system efficiency.

Database Management:

Assist in designing and optimizing database schemas for efficient data storage. Help in writing queries for relational (MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.

Learning & Growth:

Stay updated on the latest technologies and development best practices. Participate in team discussions and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and solutions.

Develop Reusable Code:

Learn and apply best practices to write reusable code and components for future development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Basic understanding of software development principles and backend technologies. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment. Prior experience in Banking domain would be an added advantage
