About The Role:

Develop software solutions by studying information needs; working with users and stakeholders; understanding system flows, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; and following the software development lifecycle. Contribute to determining operational feasibility by participating in analysis, problem definition, requirements gathering, solution design, and evaluation of proposed solutions. Document and demonstrate solutions by creating clear documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and readable, maintainable code. Assist in preparing and installing solutions by helping to define and implement system specifications, standards, and programming. Support operational improvements by contributing to systems analysis and suggesting enhancements to processes, tools, and practices. Protect operations by following security best practices and keeping sensitive information confidential. Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues, and communicating findings to the team. Help achieve engineering and organizational goals by delivering quality work and completing assigned tasks on time. Focus on developing software that meets user needs and delivers a great user experience. Collaborate with teammates to brainstorm ideas, design features, and help create new products or enhance existing ones. Take ownership of your work by making informed decisions within your scope, monitoring the health and performance of services, and addressing issues promptly. Work effectively with others to achieve team and project goals, contributing to a positive and inclusive team environment. Demonstrate persistence and creativity in solving technical and product problems. Remain calm, thoughtful, and effective when troubleshooting production or time-sensitive issues. Stay current with modern development practices, tools, and technologies, especially those in the open source ecosystem. Seek to understand business needs and contribute to building tools and systems that support and improve business operations.

About you:

3+ years of experience as a software engineer with a focus on professional web development Experience with C#, ReactJS, and/or JavaScript (ECMAScript 6+) with SQL Database, Azure Experience with Microservices Architecture is a plus. Strong technical foundation with understanding and hands-on application of SOLID/OOP concepts in software development Experience working in an agile development environment (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) Experience contributing to the design and implementation of web systems that have been delivered to customers Ability to contribute to projects from requirement clarification and design through implementation, testing, and launch Exposure to mission-critical or high-availability systems is a plus Familiarity with professional software engineering best practices across the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and deployment/operations
