Job Title

: Software Engineer


As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in analysing, designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions that drive business value. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, continually expand your knowledge, and apply your comparative advantage to maximize your contribution to the team and business.

Key Responsibilities

:

Analyse business and technical problem statements, assess existing systems, and provide accurate estimates for changes. Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, define project scope, and ensure shared understanding of desired outcomes. Design, develop, and optimize software solutions using best practices and standard frameworks. Write clear, maintainable, and efficient code, including robust exception handling and comprehensive unit tests. Continuously learn and apply new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to improve team performance and results. Mentor and support peers by sharing knowledge and providing constructive feedback. Write and optimize SQL and other queries as needed to support business requirements. Investigate and resolve production issues, leveraging tools such as Splunk to analyse and address root causes. Document technical solutions and contribute to design discussions and reviews.

Required Skills

2- 5 Years in Java Experience with software development Strong OOPS concepts & good in Hibernate Experience HTML and JavaScript. Well versed in SQL and experience with RDBMS like SQL Server, Oracle Good to have supply chain domain exp Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
