Role Summary:

As a Software Engineer, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions in a dynamic, agile environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure software aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and evolve software using modern technologies and agile practices. Collaborate with product owners to understand requirements and translate them into user stories. Deliver features on time with high quality and performance standards. Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation. Support process improvements and contribute to team efficiency. Share knowledge and collaborate across teams. Apply principles of Agile/Lean methodologies, CI/CD, and software security. Write clean, maintainable code and optimize application performance.

Education Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or STEM discipline 3 years of hands-on software development experience.

Preferred Skills:

Backend:

Languages & Frameworks: Java, Spring (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, etc.)

Frontend:

Frameworks: Angular or React Languages: TypeScript, CSS Testing: Exposure to unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, JUnit, Jest)

General:

Development Methodology: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Scrum practices)


Computer Science Fundamentals: Strong knowledge of core data structures and algorithms

Good to have

Familiar with SQL


Exposure to streaming tech like Kafka or RabbitMQ
