Role description

Role Purpose: Develops components of standard applications and handling standard problems from application Key Accountabilities: Bachelors in Engineering with 3-4 years of experience Preferred Experience and Qualification:



Perform development of program logic for applications



Support proof-of-concept to showcase the technical feasibility of the software application



Document the applicationa?a?a?a?s technical architecture, code changes, issue resolutions and procedures



Support solution development to overcome complex problems using the latest technologies. Lead solution development for common and known problems

Skills

The key skills required for this role include strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#, along with a good understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The candidate should have hands-on experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and be familiar with application design patterns, RESTful API development, and the software development lifecycle using Agile or DevOps methodologies. Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and tools like Git or Jenkins will be an added advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for resolving issues and developing efficient solutions, while good documentation and communication abilities are needed for maintaining technical clarity and team collaboration. The role also demands adaptability to new technologies, ownership of assigned tasks, and a focus on developing reliable, scalable, and well-documented software applications.
