We are seeking a

highly skilled and motivated Java Software Engineer

to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining

robust, scalable backend systems

. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver performant APIs and services that drive real impact for our customers. As a key contributor, you'll help shape system architecture, contribute to engineering best practices, and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions in a dynamic SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain

scalable backend services and RESTful APIs

using Java and Spring Framework. Collaborate with

frontend, mobile, and DevOps teams

to deliver seamless end-to-end product functionality. Continuously optimize system performance, scalability, and fault tolerance. Write

clean, well-structured, and maintainable code

, following engineering best practices. Participate in and lead

code reviews

, offering constructive feedback to peers. Identify opportunities for

technical and process improvements

and drive implementation. Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform architecture and tooling choices.

Qualifications:

Minimum of

4+ years

of professional experience as a backend or full-stack software engineer. Proven expertise in

Java

, with a strong understanding of

Spring Boot

and building REST APIs. Experience working in

Agile

and

DevOps-driven

development environments. Strong command of

SQL

and relational databases such as

MySQL

or

PostgreSQL

. Familiarity with

caching technologies

such as

Redis

for performance optimization. Solid understanding of

system design principles

, service-oriented architecture, and backend scalability patterns. Experience building or working with

distributed systems

is a strong plus. Working knowledge of

cloud platforms

such as

AWS, GCP, or Azure
