Job Title: Software Engineer Senior (Java)

Key Responsibilities
Analyze customer requests and produce solution artefacts and estimations
Develop, maintain, deploy, and support solutions across the implementation life cycle
Conduct peer reviews and produce relevant documentation for knowledge transfer
Participate actively in planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, estimation, and backlog grooming
Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers
Ensure adherence to standards, processes, and quality guidelines
Identify and mitigate risks, recommending effective resolutions
Perform basic network and database tasks
Communicate with customers across multiple channels, providing product and industry best-practice advice
Act as a positive, influential force for technical best practices within the team Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional development experience Must-Have Skills
4+ years of commercial software development experience
Strong expertise in Java, Spring, and REST API development
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design, Enterprise Databases, GIT, and Web Services
Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies Good-to-Have Skills
2+ years of experience with CRM and Billing Systems
Exposure to C#, Postgres, and DevOps practices
Ability to conduct POCs to explore solutions
Strong background in System Design and Data Analysis
