: Learning Specialist/Training Assistant - Embedded Systems


The ideal candidate will be responsible for:


Assisting the trainer in delivering sessions on Embedded System design, development, and testing. Evaluating assessments/projects of the students. Facilitating hands-on lab sessions and assisting participants with debugging and problem-solving. Creating/curating the content/material required for the respective training. Upgrading skills on the provided learning path and obtaining the necessary certifications.
Educational Qualification


M.Tech/Masters in Electronics or a related field.


Experience


Minimum of 1-3 years of corporate training/teaching experience. Those who have certifications in Embedded Systems can be considered for the Training Assistant role.


Job Competencies


Proficient in embedded C/C++ programming and knowledgeable about various microcontroller architectures. Familiarity with various embedded development boards and kits. Exposure to modern training methods and techniques. Knowledge about learning management systems and virtual tool platforms. Ability to handle diversified participants such as new hire training, lateral training, and graduating students.
Behavioral Skills


Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team.
Work Environment


The training sessions will be conducted in a collaborative environment, utilizing various tools and software relevant to embedded systems. Specific technologies and platforms will be discussed during the onboarding process.
