Droame is hiring for the role of Senior Software Engineer! Experience: 2+ years Location: Jaipur, India Qualifications: An Engineering Degree - B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/in any stream. : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software & Algorithms Developer to join our team at Droame . The candidate should be passionate about creating efficient and reliable software solutions that can run our proprietary algorithms for autonomous flight, image processing, anti-drone systems, and other cutting-edge technologies. As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software products that align with Droame\'s short-term and long-term goals. Roles and Responsibilities Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software applications and systems. Identify technical problems and develop solutions. Troubleshoot issues and bugs in existing systems and applications. Conduct code reviews and ensure quality standards are being met. Assist in scoping, estimating and planning of engineering projects. Contribute to the team\'s agile processes and help improve engineering practices. Collaborate with peers during the entire software development life cycle with a strong focus on continuous delivery. Strong leadership skills, strong decision making, Problem solving attitude and drive the team in complex situations. Continuously evaluate new and relevant technologies and initiate adoption of new best practices. Foster Collaborative Environment: Cultivate teamwork, insights sharing, and cross-functional learning for holistic growth. Enable Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with experts to integrate diverse aspects of hardware, software, and design. We don\'t expect all the mentioned skills from you, but we would love you to have experience in some of the fields. Experience/skills: Good understanding of System Design, Architecture, and maintenance. Good understanding of AWS cloud services. Good understanding of Frontend and Backend systems. Knowledge related to system security. 2+ years of industrial experience in building highly resilient, highly scalable systems. Understand the product management space with Agile methodologies. Ability to balance the long-term \'big picture\' and short-term implications of design decisions. Focus on reusability, frameworks, patterns and configuration tools for faster development. Excellent in Engineering excellence - code quality, operational excellence etc. Devops mindset to problem solving and product development.
