Partner with the best

As Software Engineer, you'll design, build, and deploy highly scalable, reliable, user-friendly solutions on our SIA/MFA Product Lines. You'll collaborate with teams across Akamai to gather requirements, architect solutions, implement features, and perform unit testing. You'll also stay updated on emerging technologies and integrating them to enhance innovation and efficiency.


As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:


Creating new features, enhance existing functionality, from design through testing and deployment Collaborating with other development teams, QA, support staff and subject matter experts in all phases of development. Working on all application tiers from front-end to application framework to data management Working in an agile sprint environment to deliver quality software on a regular and consistent basis Measuring, maintaining and optimizing distributed system performance and performing bug fixes of existing applications

To be successful in this role you will:


Have 2+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or its equivalent Have good hands-on experience with Python or Java, Spring Boot,RESTful APIs and front end technologies Have experience in working on front end technologies like Angular/bootstrap/Typescript/CSS/HTML Have a track record of delivering reliable and secure software with passion and attitude to learn new tools & techniques Have knowledge of one or more web programming languages such as Python, Go. Use AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude, LangChain, or similar)
