Role Overview:

We're seeking a highly motivated and technically strong individual with a Postgraduate degree (MTech/MS) from IIT to join us as a

Software Engineer

with a growth path towards a

System Architect

role. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and evolving our software products and platforms from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy scalable, maintainable software solutions. Take ownership of product modules and contribute to end-to-end architecture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Participate in architectural discussions, proposing creative and efficient solutions. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Keep up with emerging technologies and incorporate relevant ones into products.

Must-Have Qualifications:

M.Tech/MS from IIT (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields). Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, system design, and object-oriented programming. Proficiency in one or more programming languages like Java, Python, Go, or C++. Solid understanding of software architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven, layered architecture). Passion for problem-solving and building elegant solutions.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Exposure to distributed systems and large-scale architecture. Prior internship or project experience in product-based or high-performance system design. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
